Born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1929. Served as a Signal Officer, US Merchant Marine, Pacific Theater, 1945-1948 before enlisting in the US Army where he graduated from Officer Candidate School, serving 25 years including command of the Army Security Agency Battalion, Vietnam, retiring as a Colonel in 1974 and was inducted into the OCS Hall of Fame. Co-founder and President of Corporate Assistance, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ, a financial planning firm. Bill is a Life Member of the Disabled American Veterans and the Military Officers Association of America; member of the Association of the US Army, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Rotary International for over 20 years. Bill has supported numerous veteran’s organizations and programs, and raised thousands of dollars for scholarships for high school students in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
