The Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Society seeks to recognize deserving industry leaders such as private institutions, organizations, and businesses whose actions warrant recognition for services rendered to our military, our veterans, and their families. The Copper Eagle award is presented at the annual Patriotic Awards Luncheon. Only the nominator will be notified if this nominee is NOT selected.

I have reviewed the Copper Award Nomination information on the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Society website.

I certify that the nominee has been established in the State of Arizona for a minimum of two years.

I understand that the President, CEO, or equivalent of the nominated entity is required to accept the Copper Eagle Award in person at the Patriotic Awards Luncheon.

I understand the annual deadline for submission of the Copper Eagle Award is October 31st.

The nomination includes a document from the Nominator (not to exceed two pages) describing the reason(s) why the nominee is deserving of the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Copper Eagle Award.

I have included supporting documentation or letters of recommendation.

I understand the total nomination packet will not exceed fifteen pages, including photographs.
