Biography

Born in Spokane, Washington, in 1965, Richard “Rick” Chad Kreiberg served 35 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a command sergeant major. His work in healthcare business development revealed barriers Vietnam veterans faced in accessing care and support, inspiring him to found Veterans Affinity, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on housing, healthcare, and honors. Under Rick’s leadership, more than 100 volunteers helped enroll over 2,000 veterans in VA healthcare, coordinate long-term and hospice care for more than 1,000, escort over 500 homebound veterans to medical appointments, and assist more than 600 with VA benefits. Rick volunteers with the USO, Elks Foundation, Rotary, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Senior/Elder Fraud Committee, and Community Bridges. He belongs to the VFW, DAV, American Legion, 7th Infantry Division Association, 82nd Airborne Association, and Buffalo Soldier 9th/10th (Horse) Cavalry National Association.
