(1948-2018) Born in Patagonia, Arizona in 1948, Robert S. Delsi graduated from Coolidge High School, and enlisted in the US Marine Corps in 1969 and was wounded in combat in Vietnam. After recuperation stateside, he served at Camp Pendleton, California and Kaneohe Bay, Oahu until honorable discharge in 1974. He was employed as a Campus Police Officer at Central Arizona College, Coolidge; and various positions with Ross Abbott Laboratories. Robert is very active in the Arizona community as well as other states speaking at schools; advocate on post-traumatic stress in support of suicide awareness, volunteer at Veteran StandDowns throughout Arizona; Marine Corps Toys For Tots program, Pinal County; active member with American Legion, VFW, DAV, MOPH, 3MARDIV, and Marine Corps League holding officer positions; and Patriot Guard, all supporting/honoring families and military specifically those who have given the ultimate sacrifice.
