Born in North Conway, New Hampshire in 1936. Active duty, US Army Medical Corps, Germany, 1964-1966. Paul graduated from the University of Arizona in 1958 and obtained his MD from Baylor University College of Medicine 1962. He completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Arizona and the Mayo Medical School. He performed surgery, pro bono, on patients in Brazil, China, El Salvador, Venezuela and Siberia. A member of the Military Officers Association of America’s Arizona Chapter, he supports the fund raising efforts for the Scholarship Fund and the Maricopa County StandDown. Paul has served as the leader of many medical and civic organizations benefitting the citizens of our state during his 65 plus years of living and working in Arizona.
