Born in Gainesville, Florida in 1981, Joseph Wood served in the US Army for 9 years, honorably separating as a Staff Sergeant in Geospatial Intelligence with a combat tour in Iraq. Joseph is the Executive Director of Boulder Crest Arizona, which has provided posttraumatic growth training and support to thousands of combat veterans, first responders, and their families. Joseph also founded and leads Service Way of Life Industries LLC, which helps veterans and first responders develop their own businesses or fill executive level positions in existing organizations. Joseph Wood employs a positive attitude, endless energy, and organizational development skills to make his community a better place to live and thrive through his active membership in many organizations such as the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, the Disabled American Veterans, and the Greater Sierra Vista United Veterans Council.
