Biography | (1943-2014) Rance Farrell was born in Pennsylvania in 1943.He received an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated with the Class of 1966. He retired as a US Army Colonel in 1993 and later became the Director of International Business Development for Loral/Lockheed Martin Defense Systems. Rance participates in the Arizona Stand-Down for Vets and supports the Cactus Shadows High School Arizona Veterans Heritage Project. He is a Substitute teacher at the Phoenix Country Day School and a Past President of the Arizona Territorial Chapter of the Association of the United States Army and a Director of the Arizona Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America. He has raised funds for the Arizona Army Emergency Relief Fund and the Military Family Relief Fund, has organized the JROTC Career Officer Day Luncheon, the Task Force Smith Golf Tournament and many annual Award Luncheons, which honor top soldiers and cadets. |
