| Biography | (1922 – 1976) Served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in WWII. Came to Arizona after his discharge and continued service to his brother veterans in the VFW. Held numerous post, state, and national VFW offices, including Arizona VFW Department Commander in 1970-1971. Along with the Department Commanders of the DAV and the American Legion, was instrumental in establishing the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery. |
