| Biography | Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1939, Frank Blain served 30 years in the Marine Corps, including two tours in Vietnam, retiring as a Master Gunnery Sergeant in 1986. After joining Detachment 757, Marine Corps League, Lake Havasu City in 2011, Frank has volunteered hundreds of hours as a Color/Honor Guard member at over 65 funeral services honoring veterans. He established and was Chairman of the Marine Corps League Golf Tournament for the last 5 years raising $75,000 to support veterans programs and scholarships. In 2013 Frank was a Co-Founder of the Lake Havasu Military Coalition which became the Veterans Resource Team that supports the Veterans Treatment Court in Lake Havasu City. Frank Blain actively supported the Veterans StandDowns in Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City from 2016 to 2018. |
