Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1945, William Reynolds served in the US Army for over 20 years including two combat tours with the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vietnam. His civilian career was that of Communications Director, Bechtel Corporation. Bill organized and delivered educational sports and nutrition programs benefitting underserved youth and families in Phoenix; he transports the elderly and homeless veterans to medical appointments. Bill advocates for veterans and their families:  As a volunteer Service Officer, he expedites veteran’s compensation and benefit claims; in 2017 Bill logged in over 8000 miles and 780 hours providing assistance to veterans and their families. Bill served as National Secretary and Editor of the Sky Soldiers magazine from 2016 – 2018 while serving as a national leader of the 173rd Airborne Brigade Association.
