Born in Taiwan in 1965, raised in Tacoma, Washington, Theresa Walsh served in Army Intelligence, 1985-2017. Has held various leadership positions such as Executive Officer for the Senior Intelligence General, ISAF/International Security Assistance Force HQ, Kabul, Afghanistan; retiring as Colonel in 2018. Theresa served as Director, Cochise County Outreach, Congresswoman Kirkpatrick’s Office, 2019-2023. Also an active member of Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 14; Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 9972; and Women’s Army Corps-Army Women United, Chapter 95, also serving as Past President. Theresa collaborates for limited resources to help veterans in need to pay their rent, utilities, and car payments; she helped provide over $31,750 in emergency assistance for more than 155 veterans and their families. Theresa Walsh currently serves on the Board of Trustees, Canyon Vista Medical Center, overseeing the quality of patient care and treatment.
