Larry Cervarich was inducted into the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame in 2022.  Larry served in the US Air Force from 1961-1967.  A recent article in the Daily Independent newspaper highlights how Larry is continuing to serve. Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Society President Tom Hessler (Class of 2007) and Mike Roberts (Class of 2017) were among several who presented special recognitions to Sierra Vista’s newest Veteran of the Year.  President Tom presented an AVHOFS Certificate of Commendation and challenge coin to the Veteran of the Year.  Besides Tom and Mike, ten other AVHOFS members were in attendance as well. Larry McKim (Class of 2011) is the incoming Vice-Chairman of the Greater Sierra Vista United Veterans Council. Positions of leadership on the Council are designated by organizations rather than individuals. Larry will represent the Cochise County Chapter of the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Society.
