Biography

Born in Denver, Colorado in 1942.  Active duty, US Air Force, Second Lieutenant.  1966.  From 1991 to 1994, served as Base Commander, Luke AFB; Colonel, US Air Force, Retired, 1994.  Former Director of Services, Arizona Republic.  Served for 6 years on the Board of Directors, Valley of the Sun Habitat for Humanity on the organization which provides affordable housing for families.  Currently serves on the Board of Directors, Fighter Country Partnership, which supports the men, women, families and mission of Luke AFB.  Active on the Veterans Medical Leadership Council (VMLC) Phoenix since 2001 and is serving his 4th year as President, advocates for veterans, celebrates their service and raises funds for the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, Arizona State Home, Homelsess Veterans program, hospice care, National recreation events, and women veterans.
